Imagine your life before you had kids…did you go to concerts because you loved music? Did you watch shows that didn’t include sing-alongs? You did, right? When was the last time you didn’t have to wonder “Is it poop or chocolate?” Don’t you wish you could be that person living life today?

Yes, You Can!

Right now you’re feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to start. You need someone to to point you in the right direction and help you get there. Great news, you found her! I’m Heather Steinker(Stine-ker) and my life is full of Chaos and Cookies.

"...parenting emerges as one of the biggest challenges when it comes to valuing yourself.”

Studies show that most women suffer from lower self esteem for at least 3 years after having kids. You are not alone! The word “Mom” tends to define us instead of becoming a role that we play. Chaos n’ Cookies keeps you from crumbling and will help you find your sweet spot. Whether that be starting a new business, going back to school or getting healthier…it’s time to feel more full and treat yourself because cookies aren’t just for kids. Wouldn’t it be amazing to have more time, more freedom, and more fun?

Following the crumbs in the chaos is a full-time job as an Efficiency Expert. As a busy mom of three and the founder of Chaos n’ Cookies, keeping moms from crumbling is Heather’s main objective. After gaining 10+ years of experience as a Director of Marketing helping build multiple 6 & 7-figure businesses for other women, Heather has created the Chaos Control System to equip moms to overcome their own objections so they can live the life they want to live and start that business they have always wanted. The Family Playbook, or standard operating procedure, is the tool every mama needs to save time and stress-less when chaos ensues at home.

For the new biz owners, she also helps simplify systems on social media and other business platforms to automate processes to get their business up and running quickly and efficiently with how-to tutorials and hands-on coaching. Heather has helped hundreds of women to be more productive and self-sufficient in their homes and businesses allowing them to reclaim control of the chaos.

In 2003, I was diagnosed with a genetic spinal condition called spondylolisthesis. At 18 years old, the dream of a collegiate soccer career was over and the start of a painful road was here. In 2004, my first spinal fusion resulted in serious complications including a staph infection requiring additional surgery five weeks later. Even after going through all of this, I found myself 30 pounds lighter and in more pain than I was before. Fast forward to 2017, another spinal fusion down, bringing the total to eight titanium screws and six rods in my spine… yikes! Unlike the first surgery, I was a mother of two toddlers and four months postpartum with my third baby. Three kiddos all in diapers and under the age of four. Can you see it? Nursing an infant along with all things baby, potty training a three-year-old and knee-deep in the “Terrible Twos”. Chaos and Cookies were my life and truthfully, it still is. After everything, I am 100% pain-free and in the best shape of my life, mentally and physically. Once struggling to play with my kids on the floor or go for a casual walk, I can now play tag and throw crazy dance parties in the kitchen. I can now vacation without stopping to sit down and take breaks while sightseeing. With this new lease on life, my mission is to help others get off the couch and stop watching from the sidelines! You can have it all.
