Breastfeeding 101 with Shea Collier | CNC87

Everyone’s journey into parenthood is different but there is a common thread with all, the unknown! Bringing home a new baby is wildly exciting but there are so many unanswered questions about what to expect including breastfeeding. Shea Collier, certified lactation counselor and pediatric ICU nurse, found this out herself when she welcomed her first daughter. She is sharing her experience and knowledge about breastfeeding so new moms know how to better prepare themselves for success.

For our listeners and new moms, Shea is sharing her New Mom course! Click the link for this amazing and useful freebie! http://www.kindacrunchyshea.com/newmom

About the Guest:

Shea is a certified lactation counselor who empowers new moms to bond with their babies through breastfeeding by giving them the tools they REALLY need to navigate the physical challenges and emotional struggles.

Having experience as a pediatric ICU nurse, Shea thought breastfeeding her own children would be relatively easy and would come naturally.

But when she left the hospital with cracked and bleeding nipples AFTER receiving help from lactation, she knew something wasn’t right and needed the best help she could find.

Thanks to her breastfeeding mindset and incredible lactation consultant, she overcame many obstacles in her breastfeeding journey and was able to breastfeed both girls until at least 2 years old!

About the Host:

Following the crumbs in the chaos is a full-time job as a Productivity Coach. As a busy mom of three and the founder of Chaos N’ Cookies, keeping moms from crumbling is my main objective. After gaining 10+ years of experience as a Director of Marketing helping build multiple 6 & 7-figure businesses for other women I’ve created the Chaos Control System to equip moms to overcome their own objections so they can live the life they want to live and start that business they have always wanted. The Family Playbook, or standard operating procedure, is the tool every mama needs to save time and stress-less when chaos ensues at home.

For new biz owners, I also help simplify systems on social media and other business platforms to automate processes to get their business up and running quickly and efficiently with how-tos and hands-on coaching. I have helped hundreds of women to be more productive and self-sufficient in their homes and businesses allowing them to reclaim control of the chaos.
